NFL Denies Justin Blackmon's Reinstatement Application

Really don't like this decision. He hasn't had an incident since July, and it's just weed. His career is basically over now.

I never expected him to get re-instated. The bottom line is dude was stupid enough to get arrested while on suspension. He had to know that he had absolutely zero tolerance at that point. The bottom line is the NFL has asked Blackmon to make a choice on what he loves more, playing football or smoking pot. He's made his choice and that's up to him. We also don't know how many times he's tested positive at this point either from NFL testing.

If Josh Gordon can lose a year for having a few drinks on an airplane, then I have no sympathy for Blackmon.

If it was just Weed then I would have sympathy for Blackmon, but DUI is a different matter. In that case he is endangering people lives. I do however hope Jacksonville cuts him because I would take a cheap flyer that he has learned his lesson.
