so who is the devil, and why is he giving bray wyatt orders?

Any speculation as to who the devil is?
The Wyatt's have attacked miz, Bryan and punk recently and with the exception of mid bray has delivered sister Abigail with a simple phrase of "the devil made me do it"

At first I want to say Vince or HHH but that make to much sense and is not necessary, Vince and HHH both have the shield, randy Orton and now Kane at their disposal so why add the Wyatt's into the mix?

Well, they attacked Bryan and Punk the two leaders of the anti-authority movement from the faces in the company. So I think HHH is a strong possibility. If it's not HHH then I could see it being Kane to add a different level to his involvement on things.

They took out Bryan, Punk, and MIZ. All of whom have been a thorn in the side of the authority in the past. The person behind the Wyatt's though is Stephanie. Stephanie is Sister Abigail. The Wyatt's manipulated Kane into following Steph after they took him back to there compound. Bray keeps speaking to Sister Abigail (Stephen) and the Devil (HHH).

Seems like it's just the McMahons. It might be an attempt to half recreate the Ministry/Corporation merging back in the Attitude Era (though I have no idea why they'd want to). Much like everything that's been done with the Wyatt Family so far, I don't really see the point in doing this. But it's still the safest bet.

With the Shield on their side already, another 3 person stable helping out the McMahons seems like overkill. And it just further reduces the Wyatt's gimmick to nothing. Bray is supposed to be the crazy cult leader. If he's following orders from the boss, that kills his gimmick. And it bugs me that the cult stable still don't have any kind of Modus operandi. Without one a potentially great set of characters is reduced to meaningless filler.

Hanley's right about overkill with the 3 man heel stables as muscle though. Which is why I think eventually the Wyatts are exposed as working for Triple H which will lead to the Shield turning face to battle them. It wouldn't be that hard to turn them face anyway, Roman Reigns is a beast who beats the hell out of people, easy to translate to face. Rollins is a high flying, flashy guy who bumps his ass off, easy to translate to face.

As long as they keep the things that make them bad ass I am all for the Shield as faces. Though during Raw you could see the Shield was starting to have tension and could be breaking soon.

The Shield will break up before they become faces. Ambrose would totally have to change his character to pull off a face turn. Rollins and Reigns, one of them probably will turn face once the break up happens.

I could see Rollins and Reigns turning face and Ambrose staying heel. That way the WWE doesn't lose a good tag team and Ambrose can get out on his own. It could also keep Rollins and Reigns at a good enough distance from Ambrose until they all face at Mania for the US Title.

One possibility could be HHH in the "higher power" role this time. (It was me Daniel)I would like to see The Wyatts make their usual entrance, Bray Wyatt sits in the rocking chair, blows out the LED lantern, the lights go on, and The Shield (Union?) is standing behind him,and you know the rest. Like it was mentioned, with the big amount of heel tag teams/ stables, maybe the Shield will all turn face instead of break up.

I think The Shield are close to breaking up, just this week on Smackdown, Rollins & Ambrose had to hold Reigns back from taking on The Uso's & Big E, which could point to them disposing of him due to some uncontrollable headstrong attitude he is starting to show.

However in regards to Who is the Devil............Heyman is another possibility, after all just before Hell in a Cell, didn't he call himself the Devil himself.

Obviously HHH & Stephanie are the obvious choices, but Heyman is a third possibility.................wouldn't it be cool if it was someone that no one suspects though.

The vagueness of Wyatt's cult is what bothers me about it though. You could be right - it could be just another generically creepy thing that he's been instructed to say. Because that seems to be 90% of who they are at the moment.

I don't think that the devil is being referenced as satan but more along the lines of a person who is the devil within wwe . An evil above all others.
I just have this feeling that its not hhh, Steph or vince - its just to blatantly obvious unless they are gonna go with some sorta evil power struggle within this whole corporation angle

I don't think Cole and Co. would have pointed it out and talked about it afterwards, if it was just a vague reference to the actual devil. That's what makes me think this is leading somewhere.

Now that I think about it your right. Wyatt has always referenced himself as someone who created war and is the eater of worlds. So why would he now be taking direction from someone else. Unless its some form multiple personality thing. This is why I like how Wyatt was used in NXT better because he always seemed to have a direction. I still love the Bray Wyatt character and think it has great potential. If I was booking I would have had the Wyatt family capture guys and every week show videos of them brainwashing folks. This could be Wyatt's attempt to become the most power thing in WWE.
