PCW Onslaught Episode 12
The aftermath of Resurgence was an eventful night that left questions in many people's minds, and anticipation for what could happen as we draw near to the next PCW Pay-Per-View Genocide.
Perhaps the biggest question is who will face Nick Foster for the World Title. Last week on Onslaught, the new champion came out to thank the fans for all their support, only to be interrupted by Kaiser Cavanah, who demanded a rematch. He was informed by Richard Burke that there are no "rematch clauses" in PCW, so Kaiser has to earn his way to being the #1 contender. This announcement did not sit well with the arrogant former champion, who proclaimed that he doesn't need to earn anything. Onslaught ended with Cavanah storming off and telling Burke that he will "regret" his decision. Was there any truth to Kaiser's final words?
A rivalry that we thought ended at Resurgence has only grown more intense. Daz and Spencer Miller got physical last week, and with both men once again being in the same building, one has to assume these combustible elements could very well explode. To add to the drama, Evelyn Quinn has now become a piece of this violent and personal puzzle, and that may not turn out well for her. The feud between the Assassin and the British Rose continues on Onslaught!
Matt Sears has become one of the fastest-rising stars in PCW, winning the 6-man Phoenix Fray Battle Royal at Resurgence, and defeating all other opponents to come his way. But his momentum might soon come to a screeching halt, because the biggest man in PCW now stands in his path. Last week, Amos Hess informed the world that Matt Sears is a "sinner", and has hidden the truth about himself from everyone. Nobody seems to have any idea what Hess was talking about, but the only chance we have of finding out is by tuning in to Onslaught!
Onslaught 11 was kicked off with a bang, as the former WCSF World Champion Shane Evans made his return and official PCW debut. Andrew Logan was about to challenge Nick Foster to a match for the PCW World Heavyweight Championship, but a harsh scolding from his friends Evans seemed to make the Thoroughbred reconsider. It's certainly going to be interesting to hear what Andrew has to say regarding this event, and how Shane Evans will adjust to the environment of PCW in only his second week back.
In another shocking event, Roxanne Moore turned her back on Dylan Kyle and joined the Zanetti Family, who then proceeded to beat the former International Champion senseless. The Family has officially arrived in the land of the phoenix... and they made one hell of a first impression. What will the mindset of Dylan be after what must have been one of the worst weeks of his life? What will Roxanne have to say about her actions?
The Main Event of Onslaught has officially been announced, and it will be a tag team match between "The Canadian Wrecking Crew" Omega & Gryphon Richard, and their opponents Zaid and the self-proclaimed "Lone Star Champion" Magnum Phillips. With so many egos and unsettled disputes between these 4, all signs point to a collision you don't wanna miss!
For weeks we've seen vignettes hyping the return of "The Player" Drake Bernard. He is scheduled to make his official PCW return by stepping into the squared circle. Drake Bernard in action, live on Onslaught!
In another announced match-up, Johnny Valentino will take on the wildcard Ace in singles competition. Can Valentino continue his wave of momentum that started at Resurgence? Or will Ace put a stop to it and make a statement to the PCW audience?
All this and more, when Onslaught comes to you live from Charleston, South Carolina! Let's bring the heat!
