WWE is on FIRE. Professional wrestling in general is better than it ever has been.

2024 is about to be amazing.

I really didn't think hell would freeze over as Punk had been adamant that he would need an apology from Vince (and Triple H?), but with Vince exiting, everything aligned for him to return at Survivor Series.

Personally, I like Phil Brooks when he left WWE and went ahead to have a try at UFC, where he became bit more normal whereas the character CM Punk - similarly to the last time he was in the company - grates on me slightly.

I'm not sure he will have a great run as he's had bad injuries since he returned to pro wrestling and I think his body, after a long career, is breaking down. He might have a good feud or two (with Seth and DM Hunk) but I don't see any longevity in ring. Perhaps he'll become an authority figure or a commentator at the end.

Please don't push for an Austin v Punk match in the near future. I think some dream matches are best not happening!
