It turns out the reason for the whole charade was because they had women in their car and they didn't want their girlfriends to know about it. Well, they do now!
Rio has taken a battering at times but shit like this doesn't help, primarily the behaviour of the people involved.
Apparently they got really drunk and tried to break into a gas station to pee, then got in a tussle with a security guard. Great look, Lochte
