What a fighter. Defends her title by making Meisha Tate tap in the 3rd round to, you guessed it, another armbar. Tate fought hard, escaping an armbar in the second, but Ronda was too strong. She had nearly half a dozen judo throws and overwhelmed Tate time after time - and on this occasion Tate was smart enough to tap before she had her arm broken again.

Rousey refused to shake Tate's hand afterwards but with all the bad blood I'm not surprised. Besides, Rousey is a heel and that's what she will continue to be because that sells. Love her or hate her, she is unbelievably good in that cage.

And Anderson Silva broke his leg on an a leg kick that was checked. Most disturbing thing I've ever seen and unfortunately, that could be the end of Silva's career.

Rousey is such a bitch, but you can't deny that she is an amazing fighter. Tate put up one hell of a fight.

Ronda Rousey is probably the most unlikeable person in MMA right now, but there's no denying she's good at what she does (takedowns and armbars)

I don't think she should be anywhere near the pound for pound list though - her division consists of sub-par fighters and her striking is incredibly poor, along with her cardio. When Holly Holm or Larissa Pacheco sign with the UFC, I wouldn't be surprised if they TKO or UD Rousey.
