It might be an idea to create a Twitter or a FB page for the forum just incase it disappears or goes down and at least there's an avenue for members to be in communication with each other? If everyone is majorly on FB or Twitter then could choose one or do both

Unrelated, but I have trouble activating the index page on my phone. Any idea why that might be? It's not a big deal as I've learned to just get around using the active topics page. But it's still a little weird.

Yeah plus remember this site does have younger people here so porn would not be a good section to have.

We could always implement a NSFW forum where things of "risque" nature could go. We could have users send us photos of their ID's to verify they're 18, add them to an admin-only-added usergroup, and set the usergroup to have access to that forum.

Things I would like to see -

- People writing more articles for the homepage. I think if we utilise the homepage properly, we'd generate more traffic and get a ton of exposure for the site - this would obviously attract new members in turn.

- An idea for the index page: I always liked WWE Club's index page with the list of active members at the top along with your user avatar, plus a box under the main title containing links to competitions which were happening on the board and things. It made the place seem active and busy - giving the right impression across to someone visiting for the first time. In this box we could have a link to the PTF Twitter, the interview with the member of the month, etc.

- I also think that the site index page doesn't really do enough to encourage people to register. Our 'register' button is off to the side, quite small, and isn't really emphasised. I think if we were going to have a box under the main title, it should contain a pretty bold, eye-catching register button.

- I'd like to see more people creating topics. It seems to be mostly Tim and I doing the work. Wouldn't mind seeing a few others chip in a bit. NoDQ is still third in the topic making table despite arriving here a lot later than most people, and also despite not logging in for over a month.

- More smileys, but less faces.

- Eventually, I'd like to see a store on here, where we could buy a shirt or something from. I'd definitely do that.

Yeah in terms of the articles thing, we've already seen that give us an increase of traffic through our home page. Be sure to nominate posts you think that are worthy to be included on the home page as well.

I think we should keep the who was online stuff on the bottom, it makes it a little less cluttered, but I do think it'd be a good idea to look into something for announcements on the top. That way can encourage people to register, have links to competitions and what not. But yeah, I think there's more that we can do at the top of the index, I think it'd be a good ideathough to not put TOO much stuff up there.

Definitely second your feelings on topic creation, it'd be great to see more people take an initiative there.

I'll add any smilies people want, but I agree we have enough faces.

Well, the porn discussion thread was a joke I'd agree it'd be too much work just to discuss tits, like Daz said. We can just go on skype to do that.
