Anybody on here tatted up? I don't have any and really have never even give much serious consideration to get one. If I ever did it would have to be something meaningful but I doubt it.

I have some tattoos, funny this topic should come up again when I am actually going in tomorrow to get another one done.
My tattoos as a couple characters of kanji that circle around my neck. They have meaning to me, in terms of outlook on life, and how I feel I should approach things in the future. If I disliked my tattoos, I feel I would regress as a person, so they are quite important to me.
Tomorrow I am going in to get a Kitsune spirit tattoo'd on my side/ribs. I adore animals as a whole, but I am a dog lover and the Japanese symbolism behind a Kitsune is strong. I have gone into this shop about 4 times already, working with the artist to get what I want down, finally it's going to happen.

Many
Some are memorial tats for friends and family, some are dedicated for my wife, one for my son (whole left forearm), couple generic fillers
Want lots more but money seems to be needed other places lately

I have five tattoos. Definitely want to get more. Honestly, none of them really have any sort of deep meaning to them. Just always been one of those guys who liked tattoos.
My first one was a cross. Cliche, I know. But I was young when I got it and thought a cross would look cool. It does, but I feel like a bit of a hypocrite sometimes, because although I am Catholic, I have never really been that religious.
Second one was my date of birth in Roman numerals. Always thought Roman numerals looked cool so it was always something I wanted a tattoo of.
Third was the Breaking Benjamin logo. Again, tattoos of your favourite bands. Cliche. But I think it's a cool looking logo.
Fourth is a dragon's claw ripping through my skin. Saw a picture of it on the internet and thoughts it looked awesome. Didn't really come out that way though. The tattooist didn't really do a good job of it. It looks ok, but no where near what I expected it to. I am currently saving up money to cover it up.
And the fifth is some typical tribal design looking thing. I got it when I was in America. I wanted to get a tattoo as kind of a memento of the trip. Walk into the tattoo parlour and just picked a design from the book I thought looked cool.

Hey man, cliche or not if you like them that's what matters. You get inked for yourself, cause you aint pleasing the whole world haha.

I've always wanted one but I want it to mean something. I'd like to get something dedicated to my daughters and possibly my late granddad, but I'm not sure what as of yet. In hoping I'll just 'know' when I find the right design/idea.

I've always wanted one but I never have really thought of what to get. As a kid I REALLY wanted The Rock's Brahma Bull tattoo and Goldbergs tribal tattoo but come on, who HASN'T wanted that?

The kitsune I was talking about earlier got done. 2 sessions, total of 5 hours and it was done. I need to go back and get it touched up (along with the older ones) but I just haven't gotten around to making the time. Bad me.
