What's the most messed up way you got revenge on someone?

The one that immediately springs to mind for me is quite recently, when my housemate and I filled another one of my housemates' room with tuna, pilchards, milk, eggs... everything that could possibly smell, we hid it in his room. On top of that, we each took a piss in his Febreeze bottle so when he noticed the smell in his room, he'd frantically spray the piss everywhere trying to get rid of it.
