How many times do you have a takeaway or order fast food in?

As my takeaway habits are out of control, be intrigued how often everyone one else does.

During the working week, I tend to have a chippy lunch on a Friday as a treat for the rest of the days at work when I've eaten sensibly (by sensibly, not including the various crisps and chocolates I consume at my desk). On a Saturday night, I will have a takeaway with the Mrs as it's become a regular thing and it's the weekend. There have been times I've had it another few times during the week on top but that's a rarity.

Normally I tend to go for burgers or pizzas and keep my intake light to munch freely on the weekends.

There's a pizza place over the road from me who do really good pizzas for £7, so I'll occasionally call in if I'm hungry and can't be bothered to cook.

I haven't had a takeaway curry in ages, which probably means I should renounce my British citizenship.

About once a week, usually on a Friday. Sometimes twice.

Usually once a week - often on Sunday. Though we'll usually make an effort to buy from a healthier takeaway. We'll get food from a Thai or Indian or Chinese place where they do some meals that are lower in fat/calories, and we'll avoid stuff like pizza. It's still usually quite a bit less healthy than just making dinner at home, but at least I don't feel too guilty about it.

Though every once in a while, like maybe after a big night on the booze, we will end up having something like pizza or chipper food. But I'd say it's less than once a month.

Yaeh I need to get my takeout habits under control as well. Had been doing really well about making all my meals/meal prepping for a while, but then life got real busy and that's when things tend to go south with the diet.

Right now I'd say probably 2-3 times a week, whether it's for dinner or lunch. In a more typical time I'd say between 2-5 times a month.
