Just found a job which sounds good, fairly well paid, and I could definitely stand a chance at getting. Only problem is it's in Middlesbrough...

Getting a job in the Midlands is so difficult at the moment. Middlesborough or not, I might have to move elsewhere.

Go for it dude - Middlesbrough ain't too bad (well, that's what my work colleague who is born from there says but she would). If the job is what you feel you can do, then why not..

Also, I'm thinking about setting up a pension as work are going independent so it' has been brought up. I understand the general premise of it (you pay abit, so does your employer) but not the ins and outs or the potential pitfalls. I'd never thought of it before but hitting 30 this year, might be interested in setting one up. I doubt we have many here with a pension but any thoughts appreciated.

No matter how poor I was, I could never envision myself breaking into someone's house and stealing from children's moneyboxes. I couldn't live with myself.

We had a pretty shocking one down by my student house a few years ago - someone broke into a house a few doors down from us, on Christmas eve, and threatened the family with a baseball bat as they took money and presents. I never felt 100% safe there after that.

^Shit. My elder brother moved out of their rental home after they were burgled but just glad no-one was hurt but these cunts target homes with a certain time and homes of taxi drivers/Asian homes who know the women will have expensive jewellery around.

Bloody hell, energy fucking brokers! I didn't even ask them to call our work as we prepare to move into a new property but they seemed to know about our office move and man, don't fucking give up. 4/5 calls and incredibly tempted to swear but just been firm and keeping it short. We don't even need them but be glad to tell them to do one if they call tomorrow.
