Just bought it!
In the middle of a book right now but it's next up. After which I will write a badass review that will bring a tear to a glass eye!
Just out of curiosity man, and if you don't want to answer this I understand, but how much do you actual make from the sales on Amazon of the book? Do they take all the money and leave you with not much? I just want to make sure you get your due

There's two different programs. There's a 30% royalty one, which has a different pricing bracket. If you set the price of the book under $2.99, I think you have to go into that one. Then there's 70% royalty one. They take a tiny little amount from the royalty every time the book is sold or downloaded, as a "delivery" fee, which goes up depending on the file size of the book. Mine is pretty standard, so it's like 10p or something like that. The real kicker is that because the American side of things deal with all the money, I'm getting taxed 30% on the royalties.
I also enrolled it in another Kindle program, which means people can read it for free with the Kindle Unlimited service. I only get a royalty from that, if they read a certain percentage of the book. At least, I think that's how it works.
Honestly, I'm shit at advertising and promoting myself, so I'm not expecting to sell many copies in the first place, so the royalties are a little bit of a moot point. I'm hardly gonna make a fortune off this. If I were smart, I'd be tweeting the book to people like Mick Foley, in the hope they'd retweet it and reach a larger number of people than I ever could.
