At this point, the Broncos are not taking Manning's contract into account in terms of salary negotiations, which would indicate either A) Peyton is retiring or B) the Broncos plan to move on from him regardless of his intent to keep playing or not.

There have also been reports saying Manning has indeed made the decision to retire, though nothing has been confirmed yet.

If this is true, then it's officially farewell to one of the greatest ever.
