I'd say they should be worried about how he dismantled Philly's roster, but they don't have much of a roster left to dismantle, so fuck it!
I bet they keep Kaep now with Kelly at the helm. Seems like Chip's kind of player.

I still not sold on Kaepernick. Even with an offense that fits his style I question his decision making skills. The 49ers don't really have much of a choice though. Zeke and Kaep running the read option would be a fantastic start to the Kelly offense.
