Apparently some coaches just don't want to deal with Stafford, who refuses to have a QB Guru and has been involved in the coach search. He's sat in some of the interviews.

Yeah I can't believe the Lions actually let Stafford sit in on coach interviews. Ridiculous. LOL if they sign Caldwell.

The Whisenhunt signing is fantastic though. I always felt Ken got a really raw deal in getting booted from Arizona. He went 4-0 with Kolb as a starter, then Kolb got hurt and he had to start guys like John Skelton and Max Hall the rest of the season. I mean, there's only so much you can do there.

Whisenhunt is a great pick for them. They have talent they just need to build on it.

Good signing for the Titans. I'd have to think that CJ2K will want to stay, no?

Lions :lol To be honest, I wouldn't want to coach there.

Why, did Romeo Crennel say no?

Still it can't be worse then Marty Mornhinweg was for them.

OMG I'd completely forgotten about that. One of the dumbest coaching decisions of all time.

Why are you guys treating Caldwell like his a bum? Did you forget that he orchestrated the offense of the Ravens in 2013 when they won the Superbowl and Flacco threw for 11 TDs and 0 INTs? The guy is a great offensive mind but here's why he won't fit.

He is not suitable for the head coach position. He is an excellent offensive coordinator but he is extremely conservative, lacks leadership, and his guys usually lack passion. He is a great guy similar to Tony Dungy but he is nowhere near a Tony Dungy in terms of coaching.

Because he is.

And then when given a full offseason and a full season as OC, he presided over by far the worst season of Joe Flacco and Ray Rice's careers.

Losing Anquan Boldin, Dennis Pitta and Matt Birk and not suitably replacing them because of their cap situation had more to do with the offense this year than the coaching did. The offense was actually pretty impressive when you consider what they were working with for most of the year.
