Washington and Gordon Bans - Disgusting

Postby The Horseman » May 30, '14, 6:53 pm

I'm not disgusted that they are being punished with year long suspensions for repeatedly smoking weed, when they knew it was against NFL rules.

What disgusts me is that while smoking weed is a victim-less crime that will be(and already should be, which is beside the point) legal in almost every state over the next 10 years after states realize how much tax money Washington St. and Colorado bring in, ATTACKING YOUR FUCKING WIFE should be a lifetime ban-able offense ESPECIALLY when compared to smoking weed, and Ray Rice will only get a few games??

I hope people don't let this slide, and continue to attack the NFL over this. How fucking dare they allow this type of unbalanced punishment to occur.

I apologize for ranting as hard as I did with this. I'm well aware that Ray Rice isn't the only one who should be getting a significant ban. I was simply hoping that after all of this time, and known situations with terrible people who are associated with the NFL doing terrible things, that eventually we'd start seeing the NFL taking a hard stance on individuals who commit crimes such as this.

I'm happy with any sports person being banned for using an illegal drug.

I'm even happier if people who commit domestic violence are banned for life and then castrated.

In fairness Josh Gordon is a repeat offending moron. Hmmm.... You know what I might not want to do when I'm waiting to hear how long the NFL is going to be suspending me for smoking marijuana... GET PULLED OVER FOR SPEEDING WHEN I'VE GOT WEED IN THE CAR AGAIN!!!!

God he's such a waste of fantastic talent. I'm so sick of him.

I totally agree with you on that since it illegal to everyone else why give special privileges to sports figures well more like celebrities too.

I think they should not allow celebrities to post bail or whatever I think since they do have the money they should serve the time like everyone else
