If this began to get more publicity I'd be more inclined to support him but from what I've read there I'm quite upset about it. His quote reeks of arrogance; "maybe the reason I am here is to - finally - reveal the truth". The article states that he's the only person to openly challenge the inquiry which is fitting considering how he's also intending to make profit from the disaster by flogging books.
How a (at the time) 12 year old boy would have such a vested interest in such a conspiracy is beyond me. The tragedy is still very much in the hearts and minds of every Bradford fan and the 56 that lost their lives are still sung about each week, so for this man to release a book conveniently near to the 30th anniversary calling for people to have to relive what happened and turn it into something like the Hillsborough scandal is disappointing. Here's hoping this doesn't get much publicity.
