We played very well against Liverpool so there are some encouraging signs. The bottom three are all within 3 points of us now so we desperately need a win.

Enjoyed Keown and Murphy on MOTD2. Both insightful and don't chat complete shit for the duration of the show!

More of Murphy definitely. He's got a very broadcastable voice and offers some insight.

Also, my brother mentioned that he preferred Colin Murray to Mark Chapman on MOT2 but any preferences? Chapman is all right but feel he tries to ask to many questions at times whereas Murray, although a tad annoying, did add abit of levity at times. But think that levity is what pissed off Hansen and co.

I use to be on WWE-Club a while back. My name was StraightEdgecution but I doubt many people remember me because I kind of use to disappear a lot.

Good test of character for the Reds yesterday against a game Norwich. Norwich deserved something from the game but I guess its that somewhat champions luck that got Liverpool through what was one of our worst recent performances overall. There was a lack of balance in midfield. I dont rate Lucas as a box to box midfielder which seemed to be the role Rodgers had him playing, despite sitting back slightly more than Allen who I thought was one of our better players on the day. They were being forced to pass around the back which was extremely frustrating to watch, and made me question should he have got Agger on the pitch earlier, even if it meant substituting Sakho. Overall though, we got the three points and at this stage of the season thats all that matters.

The Chelsea game will be interesting at the weekend. I dont think Lucas will play with Sturridge most likely being fit for the game. I also think Chelsea will have Champions League on their mind so I am hoping an early onslaught by us will lead to us snatching the win. I think if we win that, we will 100% win the league. I am still praying for West Brom to cause the upset tonight, just like they did when Kolo gifted them a draw against us.

Just finished watching the charity game for the 96. Brilliant occasion with plenty of legends on show. I might slag him off as a pundit but Jamie Redknapp has tekkers.

^ Class mate haha.

Here's a clip of Redknapp's filthy 40-yard rabona from the Hillsborough charity game earlier. Doesn't show it in real time but it's the best I could find. Saucy.

Meh. That's a tough one. I don't think I could stand Lambert's post-match comments tbh as they will be just as uninspiring as Moyes'.

MNF team of the season

Image

Whilst Gerrard was been good, I'd include Lallana over him and I don't think Terry was that impressive this season if im honest

I'd have Lallana over Gerrard all day. Gerrard has been good of late but at the start of the season looked very slow - I'm not sure if he was carrying an injury or something. Lallana has been class from start to finish.

I'd swap Sterling for Lallana and probably Marshall for Speroni but otherwise that's spot on I'd say. Terry has had a great season at the back IMO.

@PorkChop see I don't get that. For me as a Liverpool fan I'd put Gerrard in the TOTS above Sterling tbh.
