I don't think this is going to get filled in time - we have 25 places filled up, 7 to go. In this case, I think we should do it this way -

As we have 25 places filled, we'll use the top 25 - leave the last 7 out of the draw. That way it's more competitive.

You can use a randomizer site which would randomize a list of the numbers (site members). Then you can randomize a list of the countries, and match them with the randomized list.

Right, here's a good way to sort it. If anyone has any objections, speak now or forever hold your peace

It looks as if we're only going to have 25 people in this draw. In that case, what I'll do is find a list of the 32 teams and their odds to win the tournament - and the 7 teams with the worst odds will be dropped, so our 25 players have the top 25 teams. That way it's more competitive.

Ok, as for the draw -SKS has provided a site which randomises lists. I'll randomise the list of the 25 teams in the tournament 25 times. The site says how many times the list has been randomised and I'll provide a print screen of this, so that it's clear I've done what as agreed and haven't cheated.

I'll also randomise the names of the 25 people competing, 25 times. Again, a print screen will be provided which shows "You have randomised this list 25 times" to once again show I haven't been cheating.

After the two randomised lists are final, I'll match up the names and the teams on the lists.

EDIT: If any of the bottom 7 teams have the same odds, I'll use their FIFA rankings to determine which ones to drop.
