Romo has taken care of it, unfortunately.
Well, shame Woodward couldn't be decisive and pull the trigger yesterday. Could have sat in front of the box all day watching SSN very comfortably. Instead, spent first hour of work on Twitter and catching up on the BBC feed.
It's difficult to judge whether the club have actively leaked the info or whether it was the case of a journalist (Ogden) having a very good source. I think it was the latter and the rest of the journalists scrambled to get the 'scoop' as they knew Ogden was reliable based on SAF's retirement. So that would disprove Neville's theory of a "media explosion" and the way United handled it. I can understand why he says what he says - he's protecting his brother who you could say is fortunate to keep his job. At least Woods has done good work with DDG.
Farewell for Moyes; wish him the best but this might be something that will take a LONG time to recover. A year plus - his career might be rescued abroad, sadly.
Love Klopp for his comments but he's out and so is Pep but for me, Van Gaal is the most suitable candidate. He fit the job profile. Experienced, disciplined, plays good football but also understands (from his work at Barcelona and recently at Bayern) of structures and of development. He seems to think of the bigger picture whilst Moyes' bigger picture involved the transfer window and spunking money left, right and centre.
Mourinho is reportedly 'interested' lol - if he wins the CL/PL he'll probably use us to get some more power at Chelsea.
Giggs in charge? I'm definitely interim

Like with any short-term appointment, it will bring some renewed optimism and the players will rise for Giggs more than they ever did for Moyes which is a bad indictment on the appointment in the first place. Moyes had to make a quick start, relay his plans quickly but some of the stuff he did in training, no wonder these players who've won alot; earned alot of money looked at him disapprovingly.
Moyes is gone. Let's hope our immediate future is more calmer and promising with a prospective appointment of Van Gaal.
