Just officially announced he'll own a Miami team, I'm guessing it'll be two seasons from now the team will come in

Not surprised at all.

He'd have gone in my estimation had he decided to put his funds in a club in the lower leagues maybe from East London where he was born or clubs like Bury (who were in a financial mess and probably still are) but doubt Simon Fuller would be too keen incase it harmed Brand Beckham.

But intrigued by how it all pans out in Miami though.

It got a big cheer in the press conference when it was announced they wouldn't be using public money to fund the stadium, the team should do well, with a solid world cup for the US, football will get another boost and attendances at games should rise
