Legalize it. Don't criticize it.

Honestly, weed is great. Haven't smoked it in a long while, but damn it's fun. Much prefer being high to bring drunk as well. I'd love it to be legal.

I've never smoked weed and I probably never will, but I still think it should be legalized. Law enforcement and prisons should be more concerned with other crimes, not smoking weed.

Speak for yourself! It's hard for me to get because the only people that distribute it also distribute other more harsh things, and I refuse to have any contact with those individuals because they're thieves and fucking lunatics.

Legal for medical reasons yes, not recreation though. The medical benefits alone should be enough to legalize but i dont see the need to have it sold 8n the same criteria as alcohol or cigarettes.

Legalize it already! People already know how to get it, might as well make it a proper regulated industry. I also have no issue with a war on drugs, but to me marijuana is not on the same danger level as most drugs or even tobacco for that matter. Also if you don't like the smell, that's understandable. However, I do think that if weed was legal that smoking would be reduced and edibles would become a bigger deal. Similar to the way craft beers have risen in recent years.

The war on drugs is a joke. Cannabis is good and the people who partake are tired of being oppressed. Anybody who supports oppression is either ignorant or just plain hateful. As long as it doesn't hurt anybody, people should be allowed to do what they wish in life.

Tobacco is nasty but I believe that if someone wants to smoke it then power to them. Smoke all you want, drink all you want. I believe in ultimate freedom.

Look at the the Netherlands. Case in point.

As long as alcohol is legal, I see no reason why pot shouldn't be. I've got plenty of experience using both, so I can say with absolute certainty that alcohol is capable of causing much higher levels of intoxication. It's not even close.

Can't stand weed, shits gross and smells awful.

Don't care if it's legalized though. Bigger fish to fry in this country.

I can confirm. The only harmful thing to come of weed in my experience was really good sex and an uncanny increase in the power of my tastebuds; I had a dry burrito shell with peanut butter and it tasted like a 5,000 dollar meal.

Alcohol has not harmed me too bad because I'm somewhat responsible with my drinking, but I did sprain my knee over 4th of July.. hard to say if I would have fell in the same crater if I was sober but I was definitely hammered.

Same here dude I a drug and should not be sold freely I wish the can make harsher punishment for people that consume drugs and or have possession in it. I lost friends because some guy was so stoned and drove his car and killed my friend. He got a slap on the wrist because the jury said he was intoxicated and could not control his actions now I lost a good friend and the funny thing is the dude that killed my friend is wondering the streets somewhere now unless he wound up in jail again

He wasn't just stoned I can guarantee that. I've driven stoned plenty of times and I'm even more cautious than when I'm sober.

I've handled several bad DUI crashes and made DUI arrests where the driver was intoxicated on marijuana alone. Confirmed by drug screening. Driving while high on marijuana is definitely dangerous.

Can you make bad decisions in booze? Yes I know for a fact that jail is a boring ass place to be.

Same thing can happen with Marijuana. Your senses are slowed, least for me, and can't result in bad reaction time. Just like booze.

How one can be legal and the other not is ludacris.
Weed > Booze, if we go by safer on the body.

However fuck tobacco.
