What a pisstake.
Whole case has been a joke. Shrien Dewani, a UK citizen accused by the SA authorities of orchestrating his wife's murder on their honeymoon will get double what Pistorious got if he gets found guilty.
He could be out in ten months and back to his normal life.

So, Pistorious has now been charged with murder after his charge was upgraded from manslaughter.
Should have come to this decision first time round to avoid more pain for Reeva's family.
It was ridiculous how short amount of time he spent in prison and bottom line is, he shot that door intending to kill, no matter who it was. In the UK, I believe there are laws that protect homeowners from defending themselves in the case of a robbery and using force but not sure, and doubt, there is anything similiar in South Africa.
