He's attacking the comfort and privilege of the upper class white man in that verse and relating it to the struggle of his people using sex as a tool for satire and poetry. Kanye is brilliant because he can tell a story with just a couple lines.

I don't get how people vehemently defend Kanye. It's weird. Does he make some decent music? Yeah, sometimes. Would he make a good president? I highly doubt it. He has no experience doing anything related to running the country.

That's not to say that all the politicians are suited for their jobs. They're not. We have people with second rate History degrees running our country. The point is we need the right people to run the country, not our favourite.

In fact, his discography is considered the best discography by any hip hop artist. The general consensus amoung hip hop fans/writers/musicians is that he's 6/6 on albums which is a rarity. You also add in artist like John Legend and Kid Cudi who wouldn't have careers without Kanyes assistance, you realize that he's just as good as he says he is.

There isn't a musician of the last 10 years that has influenced as many artists Kanye has. Even artist like Drake started off making music that was extremely similar to his style. In terms of production, lyricism, etc it's laughable to even mention The Foo Fighters with Kanye. At least pick a rock band that actually makes good music like Arcade Fire.
