Background:
Andrew Logan comes from the professional wrestling royalty that is the Logan family, a name that has been tarnished since the demise of the WCSF but remains one of the most important names in the history of the industry. He comes to PCW in disgrace, looking to prove that his short but unforgettable reign at the top in WCSF was no fluke.
Logan debuted in WCSF as most wrestlers of his generation did -- on the B-show Ascension, looking to earn his way up to Mayhem. He soon did so, and on his first show in the big leagues he made headlines by challenging Johnny Devine. Logan soon made a knack for himself as a bright young star who constantly sought out challenges that may have been over his head. As the youngest star in the history of the WCSF at the time, the knock on him was that he'd earned a WCSF contract by his last name only, but his constant yearning to make a name for himself endeared himself with WCSF fans and he quickly became a fan favorite.
Most of Logan's career was defined by his rivalry with Desmond Frazier, who debuted at the same time as Logan and quickly became his arch nemesis. The two had many battles over their years in the WCSF, and eventually became key figures on opposing sides of the international dispute between the United States and United Kingdom regiments in the company. Logan's sister, Alexa, was a key figure in their rivalry as well, and for a time was Frazier's girlfriend. This only added additional heat to one of the most memorable rivalries in the history of the WCSF.
At Revolution VI, Andrew Logan shocked the world by revealing that he had held the long-absent Gold Rush Briefcase. He and his father, Hall of Famer David Logan, drew the ire of the wrestling universe by turning on their friend and compatriot Mark Thomas so that Logan could cash in the contract and become WCSF World Champion, the first title belt ever held by a Logan in the WCSF. Andrew immediately went from becoming one of the WCSF's most beloved figures to one of its most reviled.
Now Andrew returns, and fans have not forgotten his betrayals of the past. Has Logan changed his ways, or is The Thoroughbred the same man who became the subject of so much hatred after stealing the title?
