PCW posted a headline on their website's main page on Tuesday afternoon. The headline reads: "We have officially confirmed that PCW President, Richard Burke will make a rare appearance on the third episode of PCW Onslaught. He is expected to make a major announcement regarding how, and when, the inaugural PCW World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned. Stay tuned!
