So I decided to do a short roundtable for tonights NXT live special. I will list the current matches and add a couple bonus questions. This is not associated with our normal PPV roundtable, but I will give out rep for the winner. Also feel free to discuss the special itself here.

Baron Corbin vs Rhyno
Winner: Baron Corbin

I think Rhyno should win this one, because Corbin's character has become completely dull and I'd like to see him develop a bit. A loss could help him do that. His undefeated streak is holding him back more than anything at this point.


Emma and Dana Brooke vs. Bayley and Charlotte
Winner: Emma and Dana

It'd make sense for the heels to win to pick up some steam, but I don't like either of them. Dana Brooke is still greener than the grass that's on the other side, and Emma just sucks. I'm rooting for Bayley and Charlotte here, but if the other two win I'll understand.


NXT Tag Team Championship:
Enzo and Cass vs Wesley Blake and Buddy Murphy
Winners: Enzo and Cass

This probably has enough build by now, for a title change to take place. I don't mind who wins this one, both teams are pretty entertaining. The feud hasn't reached that next gear to make this a match I'm really looking forward to. But it should be pretty good.

Hideo Itami vs Finn Balor vs Tyler Breeze
Winner: Tyler Breeze

This could go either way, but I could see Breeze winning and getting a title shot on a random episode of NXT so they can build up Balor for the next Takeover event, which might not be for a while. Could be completely wrong, but I'm taking a shot in the dark.


NXT Women Championship:
Becky Lynch vs (c) Sasha Banks
Winner: Sasha Banks

They've played up the face/heel dynamic so well here that I genuinely want Lynch to win, despite Banks being one of my favourite characters in the company right now. But regardless of that, Banks should win this one. She should have the title for a while. I'm really looking forward to this.


NXT Championship:
Sami Zayn vs (c) Kevin Owens
Winner: Sami Zayn

Might be optimism on my part. I love Zayn. I don't think he can go up to the main roster on the back of two big losses. He needs a win here to get his revenge if you ask me. Owens already has a new feud to segway into if he loses. It would be best for everyone if Zayn took the belt back here.
