Do you want to see Shawn Michaels wrestle again?

Question basically asks it all. The announcement that he will be the special guest referee for the WWE title match at Hell in a Cell has started rumours that he may return to wrestle at Wrestlemania, with his most likely opponent being Triple H. However, there are other possible options, notably Daniel Bryan.

Personally, I am 50:50 about it. Though I would love to see him face guys like Bryan or Punk, I still believe he should honor his retirement and remain retired. A match with Triple H, while it may be entertaining, would still not appeal to me as much as a match with Bryan or Punk would and probably would not be worth him coming back for in my opinion.

I feel that HBK will ref the match between Bryan and Orton, Orton will win, and HHH being the heel he is, will blame Michaels. He'll do something like attack Michaels setting up HHH vs HBK at Mania.

And I also think Scott Armstrong will try to get involved because of what HHH said to him a few weeks ago on RAW

I also like to see the incredibly rare feat of someone retiring in wrestling and actually staying retired. However if there was anyone who's retired I'd like to see wrestle another match, it's HBK.

HBK vs HHH has been done to death, even if they could make it work from a storyline perspective I'm not sure I have an appetite for that. But given that of all the times they've wrestled each other it's never been at Mania, I could totally see them wanting to do it.

HBK vs Daniel Bryan would be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I think they'll have a hard time making HBK a heel.

Not even a little bit. I was bored of him the last few years of his run, to be honest. His character went completely down the crapper. He could still go in the ring for sure, but it didn't make up for how dull he had become to me. Plus I think he had a lot of overrated matches towards the end of his career. The matches with Undertaker and his matches with Cena come to mind.

I'd like him more if he'd just stay away for a while. So far he hasn't gone back on his word in terms of retiring and I have more respect for him as a result, so I really hope he doesn't screw that up by coming back for one more match that would probably be forgettable in the long term anyway.

For me it would depend on the match. If it was just to see the 25th edition of an HBK vs HHH feud then no I have no interest. However, if they were to come up with a compelling story of teacher vs student with him and Daniel Bryan going at it then yes I would love to see that match. To see Shawn put Bryan over and pass that legacy in what should be a fantastic match.

Man it just completely kills his send off and that really frustrates me about wrestlers, they crave the lime light and the fan interaction which you cannot blame them but at the same time you do not want to hurt your reputation and make everyone sick of you. (ric flair)

Michaels vs Bryan would be fantastic, and I have very little doubt it would't be match of the night. But, he said he's done, and i have a lot of respect for him if he stays retired. So yeah, very split!

As much as I would love to watch HBK vs Bryan, I really respect the fact that Shawn promised he would never wrestle again, and he hasn't broken that promise. Although if they made HBK vs Bryan a match at mania I would have no problem watching it, hell I'm sure it would easily be one of my favorite matches of all time.
