Can we put together a list of people who should be in the Hall of Fame?

People often complain about the WWE Hall of Fame, for inducting celebrities or wrestlers who don't really deserve to be in there. Part of this is because they induct several people each year, and at that pace it doesn't take long for them to burn through the greats and move on to the less-than-greats.

I was just curious about how many genuine greats there were who have yet to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. And how long it's likely to be before the company starts to run out of decent names to sell out their pre-Wrestlemania ceremonies.

For the purposes of this list, we can leave out politics: people Vince mightn't want to induct because of personal reasons, or who might not want to be inducted themselves. Lets just see if we can figure out who else deserves to be in there.

There's no reason for anyone to suggest Benoit though. There are obvious reasons he should never be inducted.

For reference, here's the existing list of Hall of Famers. We're just looking for people who are not on this list:

We might as well leave out those who are going to be inducted in 2015 also.

I don't like all those guys, but they all had careers big or important enough to warrant a spot in the Hall of Fame. Who am I missing? There's bound to be a bunch of other deserving names out there.

Strictly speaking from a British point of view, because I'm such a massive fan of the style of wrestling and I've been obsessed with collecting old tapes and what not to watch some of the pioneers in action;

Giant Haystacks
Johnny Saint
Jim Breaks (who was actually from Bradford, fun fact)
Billy Robinson
Robbie Brookside (does he work in NXT?)
Big Daddy

I guess looking at that list the question arises; should people who have no affiliation with WWE be inducted into it's Hall of Fame or should it strictly be for those performers who have worked for WWE or made a name for themselves in America and beyond?

Given WWE owns the video library of so many of these other promotions, I think it makes sense for wrestlers from those promotions to be included too.

I'd add Chyna to that list. She's definitely in the top 3 females of all time in WWE, having accomplished things no woman has, or ever will again. The whole bullshit stuff as to why shes not in there yet pisses me off, people already in the Hall of Fame have done far worse than have a porn career.

Paul Heyman and Eric Bichoff should also probably go in there. Love em or hate em, they both had a major impact on the business, and what we see today.
