I'd accept that, if the three tombstones wasn't the focal point for their entire feud. That was the big thing that happened to build up their Extreme Rules match. He was wearing a neck brace to sell the effects of the attack. Then at the pay per view itself, he doesn't sell it at all. That's utterly pointless.

If they had started to pretend that Bryan's neck was now fine after the pay per view match then that wouldn't have been so bad. But surely the best reason to have a face get injured in the build up to a pay per view match is to show that he's at a disadvantage for the match itself, and to let the injury add to the match's psychology.

The big flying headbutt was just bad psychology by Bryan - or whoever it was that came up with the spot.

I guess it's basically that he takes risks even if he's injured. I mean, it makes sense, but he barely even sold the neck injury after the headbutts, which is what bothered me. He can't just magically heal his neck in 3 days.
