One thing WWE gets strikingly wrong...

... That nobody seems to talk about.

The WWE does a terrible job of debuting new superstars and it's such an incredibly easy fix. A couple months ago, the WWE ran a series of promos hyping the debut of a bunch of performers from NXT. They were Nikki Cross, Lacey Evans, Heavy Machinery, EC3 and Lars Sullivan. The last guy never even debuted (apparently he suffered a series of panic attacks), EC3, Evans and Machinery have done next to nothing. Cross has had a few good matches on SD and won a lot, which is fine, but when what Nikki Cross is the best of that bunch it's clear that none of those debuts were even remotely successful.

Then last night, the WWE debuted four more performers without much fanfare at all. Ricochet, Tomasso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano and Aleister Black all debuted on the same edition of Monday Night RAW. All four of these guys are great performers and should be able to make a huge impact on the show. The problem, they all debuted in a flash on an overly crowded Monday Night RAW. Not to mention most of them are actually NXT champions, so why are they debuting on the main roster?

I'm guessing that in a couple months after Mania a few more performers will debut on the two nights after Mania. Then we'll go 10 months without any new blood debuting on either RAW or SD. Which will create major problems for both rosters like SD currently has with nobody really ready to challenge Bryan for the world championship.

If WWE would just be smart enough to debut one act every couple of months with a good idea that can stand on its own, the rosters would always be fresh, NXT wouldn't get pillaged to the point where that roster gets crippled. If they could have debuted one of those acts six months ago they'd be able to build one of them up to the point where he could challenge Bryan for the championship.

It's such a ridiculously easy fix that it drives me nuts that they can't think of it.

They also debuted Ciampa and Gargano as a tag team, which seems odd considering how brutally they fought each other for months not that long ago.
