Wow that was emotional. When he started to talk about his dad, that's where I lost it. Man, he is gonna be missed.

Man what a fucking night! I'm so thankful I got to be there tonight to say goodbye to Daniel Bryan. I watched the replay and it did what happened at Key Arena no justice. I can't explain how loud the crowd was, or for how long people chanted and cheered for him. It really doesn't come across on TV, time moves differently it seems, and the sound doesn't come across to even a fifth of what it was like actually being there to hear it in person. We were chanting non stop through commercial breaks and everything, which is surprisingly tiring, I damn near lost my voice. :lol It was very intense, and I seriously fought hard not to cry. I almost broke several times. :crybaby

I got to throw on my goat DB shirt and cheer my fucking ass off, as a way to thank one of my favorite wrestlers of all time. Judging by what it was like in that arena man, we were all grateful as well.

Just got done watching Raw. Told myself I was gonna try and watch it without getting teary eyed. Couldn't do it.

I just think it's so amazing what he was able to accomplish in his short WWE career. I think he will easily go down in history as one of the most popular wrestlers in history. Easily the most over wrestler they have had since the Attitude era.

It's so silly to get so emotional over the career of someone I don't know and have never met. But it's hard not to be. There's an inexplicable sense of loss surrounding this. Someone who has a clear and genuine passion for what he does being unable to do it is sad in and off itself, but the fact it felt as though he'd just entered the absolute prime of his career makes it worse.

He's been one of my favourite performers since I first saw him over a decade ago, and following his career gave me an appreciation for wrestling I didn't have before. He revitalized my waning interest and took it to a level I hadn't experienced before. I can't thank him enough for that.

I'm just sad. I'm just really, really sad.

If the whole thing about him having seizures is true, I'm glad he retired.

I still find this to be the best tribute to date primarily because it shows what Bryan went through for years and years before making it big in the WWE:

For as disappointing as WWE's product has been over the last (at min.) 5 years, Daniel Bryan's road to WrestleMania and championship win in the main event is one of those special things that really reminded me why professional wrestling at its peak can be just as good as anything you will find on television or in theaters.
