I came across this story about GAME and the issues with pre-orders relating to new consoles released by Sony and Microsoft.

Wow, I know there can be problems when it comes to big releases but customer service negligence on this level is shocking.

Any horror stories relating to the consoles launches for any UK people?

Who is the big retailer of anything relating to consoles in the States, any problems like this?

Intrigued.
